Returns
Yes. Return can be made within 14 days of receiving your product. To be eligible for a return, all items must be new, unused and in the original packaging with tags. Item(s) that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. We do not do returns for refunds. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, an online credit note with the validity of 6 months will be created under your account within a few working days. Kindly note that purchases made using this credit note will not be entitled for a subsequent exchange or return. Non-returnable items: sale items.
Only regular priced items may be returned for credits. Sale items cannot be returned or refunded or exchanged.
How do I return the item?
To return your product, you will be given a return address upon contacting our customer support at customers@gisellecstudio.com. All return shipping fees will be borne by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item via a non-trackable shipping service.
Exchanges
Yes. We only replace items if they are defective. Kindly note that an exchange is only applicable subjected to stock availability. In the event that an item is out of stock, you may opt for an online credit note with the validity of 6 months. Kindly note that purchases made using this credit note will not be entitled for a subsequent exchange or return. Non-exchangeable items: sale items.

How do I exchange my item?
