Local Orders

Yes. Return can be made within 14 days of receiving your product if you change your mind. To be eligible for a return, all items must be new, unused and in the original packaging with tags. Item(s) that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. Original packaging box or any parcel box should be used for returnsOnce your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, we will issue a full refund to you via online banking or PayNow within a few working days. Non-returnable items: sale items. 

Only regular priced items may be returned for refund. Sale items cannot be returned or refunded or exchanged.

International Orders

Unfortunately, free returns are not available for international orders at this time.

How do I return the item?

To return your product, you will be given a return address upon contacting our customer support at customers@gisellecstudio.com. All return shipping fees will be borne by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item via a non-trackable shipping service.

Exchanges

Local Orders

Yes. We only replace items if they are defective. Kindly note that an exchange is only applicable subjected to stock availability. In the event that an item is out of stock, you may opt for fully refund. Non-exchangeable items: sale items.

International Orders

Unfortunately, exchange are not available for international orders at this time. Cash refunds for defective products are subject to an inspection and approval to determine if the defect is acceptable.
