All confirmed orders (without pre-order) will be processed for shipping within 2-3 working days. However, delays in processing of orders may be expected during peak and sale periods.

Below is the delivery methods available for our online customers.

Standard courier: S$3.00

 

MALAYSIA DELIVERY

All confirmed orders (without pre-order) will be processed for shipping within 2-3 working days. However, delays in processing of orders may be expected during peak and sale periods. It takes up to 7-10 working days to deliver to doorstep.

Delivery charge: S$7-$20 (depending on parcel weight)

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are using DHL Express for international shipping. All confirmed orders (without pre-order) will be processed for shipping within 2-3 working days. However, delays in processing of orders may be expected during peak and sale periods. It takes up to 7-10 working days to deliver to doorstep.

Delivery charge: S$60-$100 (depending on parcel weight)

Kindly note that for international orders there might be taxes or duty fees. These will be payable by the customer.
